Associate Site Contract Lead

Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Associate Site Contract Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate study-specific Clinical Site Agreement (CSA) templates with the Sponsor and assist with country budget negotiations
• Coordinate CSA activities and ensure deliverables are met
• Manage the CSA process and provide support to local CTS/CRA

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a CRA, CTS, or in a similar role in a CRO or pharmaceutical company
• Degree in business, legal, life science, or relevant field
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in local language and English
