Associate Site Contract Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Site Contract Lead in the United States of America, to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate study-specific generic and country Clinical Site Agreement (CSA) templates with the Sponsor
• Support the negotiation of country budgets with the Sponsor
• Coordinate CSA activities and ensure CSA start-up deliverables are met

Qualifications:

• Experienced CRA, CTS, or a senior person with a legal or business degree
• Excellent computer and internet skills, including MS-Office products
• Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and team leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and delegate tasks
• Degree in business, legal, life science, or relevant work experience in Contracting, Clinical Operations, or Legal (Paralegal)
