Associate Software Developer

Job Summary

Supporting the Client Success team, the remote Associate Software Developer will investigate and resolve client-reported technical issues, perform scenario-based testing, and monitor web services to ensure platform reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by clients across web and mobile platforms
• Design and execute scenario-based tests to validate development tickets before and after releases
• Monitor and debug RESTful web services, escalating issues that impact revenue with clarity and urgency

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of backend experience with server-side languages (e.g., Javascript, TypeScript, Node) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
• AWS Certified Developer/Solution Architect is a significant advantage
• Experience with database programming and performance (e.g., SQL, MongoDB)
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
• Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS)
