Associate Software Developer
Job Summary
Focusing on AI assistants, the full-time Associate Software Developer will develop, test, and maintain backend services while working remotely with occasional visits to the Bristol office or London.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain backend services that support AI assistants
- Integrate large language models, enterprise data, APIs, and workflow automation into customer-facing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and release new features
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Good knowledge of one or more backend programming languages and associated frameworks
- Foundational understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design principles
- Some experience developing or consuming REST APIs
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL; experience with Microsoft SQL Server is beneficial
