Associate Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Software Engineer II to build core technical skills within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research for system design and development
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs and subroutines
• Responds to system failures and performance events to reduce downtime and prevent recurrence of problems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required
• 2 years of programming experience required
• 1 year of experience with information technology concepts and application development methodology required
• 1 year of expert working knowledge of at least one programming language in use
• Proven skill with information technology in use
