Associate Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the AI/Automation team, the full-time Associate Software Engineer will support the development and enhancement of Azure-hosted portals, integrations, and automation solutions while collaborating with experienced engineers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and contribute to Azure-hosted web portals, working across UI, API, and data layers
• Assist with the development and maintenance of CRM functionality and third-party integrations
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across internal tools and workflows

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional software development experience or equivalent hands-on project experience
• Foundational familiarity with C#, ASP.NET, or Web API, with a willingness to grow within the .NET ecosystem
• Basic SQL skills with the ability to write queries and work with relational data
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Healthcare or TPA industry experience is highly valued, providing a meaningful onboarding advantage
