Associate Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic engineering team, the full-time Associate Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and GenAI frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional partners in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Redux, and Node.js
• Build and integrate intelligent agents and automated tools using LangChain, LangGraph, and other GenAI frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust backend services in Python and manage application data using MongoDB

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent software development experience (e.g., Associate degree in Computer Science with 2+ years of software development experience)
• 1+ years of experience with modern JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, and Python through academic projects
• Hands-on project experience utilizing GenAI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
• Exposure to database management using MongoDB and RESTful API development
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows, such as utilizing GitHub Copilot
