Associate Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Associate Software Engineer will support IT Operations automation, AI development, and maintain SOC2 and HIPAA compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI-based proofs of concept to drive productivity and innovation
• Automate manual IT processes and create automated workflows for improved operational visibility
• Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and support audit readiness efforts

Required qualifications

• 2 - 4 years in software engineering, IT operations, or a related technical role
• Experience in automating manual or operational workflows
• Exposure to AI/ML tools and the ability to create working proofs of concept
• Strong communication skills and a high level of responsiveness
• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
