Associate Software Engineer

Job Summary

Contributing to projects that modernize and optimize the codebase, the full-time Associate Software Engineer will work closely with experienced engineers to reduce technical debt and improve code quality while participating in code reviews and gaining experience with modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to development tasks aimed at reducing technical debt and enhancing code quality under the guidance of senior team members
• Engage in solving defined technical problems and seek support from the team as needed
• Participate in code reviews to receive feedback and develop technical skills with modern technologies and AI tools

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Foundational knowledge of software engineering principles and practices
• Familiarity with modern, cloud-based technologies and software security practices
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing use cases
• Eagerness to learn and grow as part of a collaborative engineering team
