Associate Software Engineer

Job Summary

Contributing to modernization and optimization projects, the full-time Associate Software Engineer will collaborate with experienced engineers to reduce technical debt and enhance code quality while working in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to development tasks aimed at improving code quality under the guidance of senior team members
• Participate in code reviews and seek support to solve defined technical problems
• Maintain metrics and complete tasks in alignment with established processes

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Foundational knowledge of software engineering principles and practices
• Familiarity with modern, cloud-based technologies and software security practices
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing use cases
• Eagerness to learn and grow as part of a collaborative engineering team
