Job Summary
Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time Associate Software Engineer will design, develop, implement, and deploy advanced algorithms and software systems for diverse applications, assisting throughout the software lifecycle from prototypes to integrated systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced algorithms and software systems for decision aids and information fusion applications
- Collaborate with team members to support the software lifecycle, including prototyping and deployment
- Develop novel visualizations to enhance decision support for human analysts and planners
Required qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Demonstrated expertise in Python and experience with data science and algorithm development
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles and AI-assisted software development tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as JIRA
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance, requiring US citizenship
