Associate Software Engineer
Job Summary
Collaborating with a talented team, the full-time Associate Software Engineer will design, develop, and deploy scalable features for the platform while leveraging AI tools and participating in code reviews in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications, focusing on scalability, performance, and usability
- Leverage AI tooling and workflows to enhance productivity and improve the development experience
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team-wide best practices
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in software engineering, coding, or development
- Experience with or interest in full-stack development (frontend, backend, database)
- Hands-on experience with AI-based coding systems such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor
- Solid understanding of at least one programming language (C#, JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.)
- A passion for learning new technologies, coding standards, and agile methodologies
