Job Summary
Joining the Health Plan App Engineering team, the full-time remote Associate Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software applications while collaborating with business and technical teams to support project work and production systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications, ensuring quality standards are met
- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, contributing to production system support
- Build and maintain solutions that align with business needs and create associated technical documentation
Required qualifications
- Familiarity with software development and programming, particularly in C# and Inspire
- Experience with database technologies, including SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
