Associate Software Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, the full-time Associate Software Fulfillment Specialist will support software fulfillment and SaaS delivery operations remotely, managing order workflows, ensuring customer onboarding, and driving operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end order fulfillment workflows, ensuring accurate and timely provisioning of software and subscriptions
• Manage customer lifecycle activities within TrustedCare, including user onboarding and access provisioning
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements

Required qualifications

• Familiarity with SaaS or software delivery processes
• Experience working with enterprise business systems such as Salesforce or Oracle EBS
• Experience in a service or manufacturing environment utilizing integrated business systems
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
