Associate Software Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr Software Solutions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all stages of the software solution lifecycle, including discovery, prototyping, iterations, upgrades, maintenance, and end-of-life planning
• Act as a subject matter expert for the software solution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and develop new features
• Monitor product performance and assist in communicating software positioning and customer value across various teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Software Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years in software or technology product management, preferably in customer-focused or healthcare environments
• Experience working in Agile environments using modern product management methodologies
• Familiarity with software development processes and UX collaboration
• Proven ability to gather insights directly from end users and identify operational pain points
