Job Summary
Supporting an assigned base of healthcare provider organizations, the full-time Associate Solution Advisor will manage customer inquiries, analyze data trends to minimize errors, and enhance client relationships through superior service.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with clients to address inquiries and service issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned provider organizations, ensuring ongoing support and relationship building
- Analyze data to identify trends and proactively engage clients on specific rejections to maximize throughput
Required qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Some knowledge of healthcare claims data
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Ability to navigate and troubleshoot data-related issues within the Encounters Manager portal
