Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Account Service Analyst to support Mid-Market clients and manage day-to-day transactional service needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of Mid-Market clients for their day-to-day and transactional needs
• Efficiently manage high-volume transactional casework, including reporting requests and funding inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve common to moderately complex client issues while adhering to service level agreements
