Associate Solution Architect
Job Summary
Delivering and configuring software solutions for enterprise customers, the full-time Associate Solution Architect will lead the implementation process, conduct requirements gathering, and integrate with physical access control systems in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers from discovery to deployment
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops with enterprise clients to understand business needs
- Configure software solutions to meet customer-specific requirements and integrate with third-party systems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration
- Familiarity with physical security systems (PACS) or identity and access management (IAM/PIAM) is strongly preferred
- Experience working with APIs, databases (SQL), and enterprise SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of access control workflows, compliance requirements, and security operations
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
