Associate Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Owning the technical enablement and implementation lifecycles for roofing clients, the full-time Associate Solutions Architect will manage pre-sale technical discovery, lead post-sale implementations, and diagnose complex configuration challenges while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own pre-sale technical discovery, scoping, and proof-of-concept builds for key roofing prospects
• Lead post-sale implementation and onboarding, managing custom Statements of Work from kickoff to live solutions
• Diagnose and resolve complex configuration and data-layer challenges as a Tier 2/3 technical resource

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architecture or Technical Support
• Practical experience running queries in MySQL or PostgreSQL and understanding API documentation
• Proven ability to learn new tools quickly, including low-code/no-code platforms and AI development tools
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
