Associate Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Supporting the successful implementation and adoption of data solutions, the full-time remote Associate Solutions Architect will collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Engineers to operationalize APIs and Snowflake Data Shares while providing ongoing technical support to clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Engineers to guide clients through the technical implementation of Lightcast APIs and Snowflake Data Shares
• Act as a post-sale technical resource by resolving customer issues and recommending best practices for maximizing the value of Lightcast solutions
• Lead kickoff meetings and ongoing technical discussions to ensure clients effectively adopt and understand the solutions provided

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 0-3 years of experience in technical, analytical, consulting, customer success, or client-facing roles
• Foundational knowledge of APIs, SQL, and cloud data environments; experience with Python is a plus
• Ability to navigate technical documentation and learn new tools quickly
• Familiarity with large language model (LLM) tools and interest in using AI to enhance workflows
