Associate Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Supporting custom digital projects from scoping through production and delivery, the full-time Associate Solutions Architect will coordinate requirements, schedules, and production details while working remotely under the guidance of a mentor.

Key responsibilities

• Support assigned custom digital projects by coordinating requirements, schedules, and production details
• Coordinate production activities for digital mash-ups that combine McGraw Hill content into custom ebook or courseware solutions
• Maintain accurate project setup and documentation to ensure internal visibility and reliable execution across the custom digital workflow

Required qualifications

• Foundational understanding of digital content production, custom product workflows, or educational technology
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage assigned work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively with an assigned mentor and escalate project needs appropriately
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal updates and documentation
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to build expertise in custom digital solution workflows
