Job Summary

Associate Solutions Consultant, a full-time role supporting mid-stage sales opportunities by conducting structured discovery and contributing to solution design documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Stage 2+ sales opportunities by preparing for and documenting discovery calls
• Translate discovery insights into draft solution designs using established templates
• Capture customer goals, pain points, and workflows to support demo or proposal work

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in SaaS, consulting, or public sector problem-solving roles
• A passion for public service and interest in improving government services through technology
• Exposure to or interest in CRMs and collaboration tools
• A high level of accountability and willingness to grow from feedback
• Commitment to cross-functional learning and supporting teammates
