Associate Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Solutions Engineer to support software vendors in building customer experiences and overcoming technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the product suite, including checkout, dashboard, and APIs
• Communicate with C-suite and senior developers to enhance customer experiences
• Write integration plans and sample code to assist sellers with Paddle integration

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of web technologies, particularly JavaScript and its frameworks
• Experience using and integrating APIs
• Strong interpersonal and customer management skills from a customer-facing role
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences
