Associate Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting a high-performing pre-sales engineering team, the contract Associate Solutions Engineer will work remotely to design communication and contact center solutions for enterprise clients, collaborating with internal sales teams and contributing to proposals and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and define system requirements for integrated communication and contact center solutions
• Assist with pricing, quoting, and proposal development to support pre-sales activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or telecommunications
• Foundational understanding of communication systems and/or call center operations
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
