Associate Sourcing Consultant

Job Summary

To support high-impact recruitment efforts, the full-time Associate Sourcing Consultant will source and engage candidates for challenging roles, build talent pipelines, and enhance the candidate experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage candidates for hard-to-fill roles using various channels
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive talent across local and national markets
• Collaborate with teammates to design creative attraction and engagement strategies

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a professional environment (sourcing, recruiting, HR, customer service, sales, hospitality, or similar preferred)
• Professional proficiency in English is required; German language skills are considered an advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools
• A proactive, curious mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative team environment
