Associate State Manager, MA

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate State Manager for Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze industry trends and performance metrics within assigned territories
• Coordinate communication of findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
• Develop and manage operating plans to meet Commercial Lines objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of commercial or personal lines insurance experience managing a state operating plan
• MBA plus 5 to 8 years of broad-based experience in financial services if lacking direct insurance experience
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Comprehensive knowledge of core State Management practices
• Ability to perform duties with limited oversight
