Associate State Product Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of state-specific business strategies, the full-time Associate State Product Manager will assist in financial planning, rate reviews, and market development initiatives for the Personal Lines portfolio while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the State Manager in executing state strategies through financial planning and market development
• Prepare and analyze reports on product performance and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives and track project timelines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, actuarial science, mathematics, risk management, economics, finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Progress toward or completion of CPCU, AU, CIC, INS, ARM, or similar designations preferred
• Six years of experience in underwriting or product management preferred
• Experience with data analysis and cross-functional collaboration preferred
• Knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, pricing architecture, and state regulations
