Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage consultants through outbound campaigns and maintain records in CRM systems
• Represent the company at conferences and manage inbound consultant inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies and maintain accurate broker engagement records

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in a client-facing role within a benefits consulting or brokerage environment
• Experience engaging external stakeholders through various communication channels
• Hands-on experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms for managing outbound sequences
• Strong desire to develop commercial acumen and go-to-market skills
