Job Summary

Passionate about fitness and wellness, the full-time Associate, Strategy Development will assist in strategic planning, market analysis, and partnership evaluation while working remotely with senior leadership to shape the company's direction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in data-driven strategic initiatives and conduct market and competitive research to inform executive-level strategy discussions
• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate strategic options and support negotiation processes for partnerships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to develop strategic frameworks and communicate key conclusions through executive presentations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role such as investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development
• Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and financial analysis
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree required; top academic record preferred
• Genuine curiosity about the consumer, fitness, and tech landscape
