Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Strategy & Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support enterprise implementation strategy and operating model design by translating business goals into structured execution plans
• Drive structured problem solving and execution planning by breaking down operational challenges into actionable workstreams
• Lead implementation execution and governance by managing project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, SaaS, analytics, PMO, or insurance
• Strong academic track record
• Experience building structured presentations or analyses
• Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana)
