Associate Strategy Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives driving long-term business growth, the remote Associate Strategy Manager will conduct high-impact analyses, generate insights for enterprise decision-making, and partner with cross-functional teams to inform strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-impact analyses across internal and external data sources to identify business opportunities and risks
• Generate insights and strategic implications that support enterprise decision-making
• Communicate findings through concise, compelling storytelling and executive-ready presentations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, consumer packaged goods, finance, marketing, sales, or related business functions
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of market research methodologies and syndicated data sources such as Nielsen or Circana/IRI
