Associate Supervisor, Workforce Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Supervisor, MXO Workforce Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the RTA team, including onboarding and performance management
• Own end-to-end WFM processes across RTA operations and workflow management
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements through automation and system design

Required Qualifications

• Experience in workforce management, operations, or systems roles with increasing ownership
• Highly process-oriented with the ability to operate at both detailed and systems levels
• Experience building frameworks, SOPs, or scalable workflows
• Comfortable working with data tools (SQL, Excel/Sheets, BI platforms)
• Experience managing or mentoring a small team in an operational environment
