Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Support Analyst to assist customers in troubleshooting technical challenges while developing technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of secure file transfer products and configurations
  • Triage support cases, troubleshoot effectively, and escalate issues as necessary
  • Collaborate with peers to resolve complex issues and improve troubleshooting processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and IBM i systems
  • Foundational understanding of TCP, File Transfer Protocols, and DNS
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a technical support role
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently while contributing to a team
