Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Premier Support Engineer to assist clients in deploying, operating, and troubleshooting Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft technologies and maintain client communication
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and document troubleshooting steps
  • Create and maintain technical documentation while promoting the use of AI tools
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies
  • Familiarity (1+ years) with Windows Server
  • Exposure to Active Directory/Azure AD and DNS
  • Basic experience in technical writing
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
