Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels
• Resolve inquiries related to login issues, billing, technical problems, and service questions
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management system

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma and a minimum of one year of customer-facing work experience
• Ability to understand a variety of technologies and platforms
• Must be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
