Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Support Specialist - Payments on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact directly with core users and end-users to provide support via multiple channels
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to payment processing
  • Assist in identifying system bugs, maintaining knowledgebases, and escalating issues as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of customer support experience in the software industry
  • Comfortable speaking directly with end-users and demonstrating patience and empathy
  • Passionate about learning new software and using fundamental accounting principles
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Prior knowledge of accounting, online payment processing, and/or banking industry is a plus
