Key Responsibilities

• Support system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to optimize functionality
• Assist in project coordination, including planning, scheduling, and documentation
• Provide end-user training and support to enhance system proficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications and/or proficiencies may be required within 90 days of training
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree
• Entry-level position
• Experience in business, clinical, or web application systems preferred
