Associate Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of software systems, the full-time Associate Systems Analyst will assist in troubleshooting, provide end-user training, and coordinate projects remotely to enhance operational efficiency and technology integration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving IT issues, supporting system modifications, and participating in testing activities
• Collaborate with team members and business partners to communicate project goals and gather requirements effectively
• Provide end-user support and training, assessing user readiness and developing training materials aligned with organizational workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or two years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in systems administration and experience with business, clinical, or web application systems
• Understanding of clinical data management and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM)
• Knowledge of cloud-based healthcare applications and web services
• Commitment to continuous learning and expanding technical knowledge through training and professional development
