Associate Systems Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Systems Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with internal and external customers on system configuration needs and software best practices
• Analyze customer business requirements and propose solutions, including system configuration and enhancements
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of customer configurations to ensure satisfaction and adaptability to evolving business needs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Software Implementation or Support role
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of software development or implementation is a plus
• Experience with Jira or similar ticket management tools
• Proven experience working successfully with customers
