Associate Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Systems Engineer to support client environments and assist with implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform remote fixes at the desktop level, including software installation and system configuration
• Provide first line service desk troubleshooting for basic level 1 and some level 2 issues in Mac OS and Windows environments
• Maintain operational documentation and perform post-resolution follow-ups on help requests

Required Qualifications and Education

• 2+ years of experience in an MSP, service desk, or corporate IT environment as a technical support representative
• Experience with Apple hardware, Mac OS, Google (G-Suite), Windows, and Office 365
• Familiarity with cloud storage and remote connectivity solutions
• College degree from an accredited four-year institution or relevant technical experience
• Technical certifications such as A+/Network+ or equivalent experience preferred
