Associate Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting client environments remotely, the full-time Associate Systems Engineer will provide first-level technical support, assist with implementation projects, and configure equipment and software to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform remote fixes at the desktop level, including software installations and system configurations
• Resolve basic level 1 and some level 2 service desk issues in Mac OS and Windows environments
• Implement and maintain operational documentation and procedures while managing ticket entries and project status reports

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an MSP, service desk, or corporate IT environment as a technical support representative
• Proficiency in Apple hardware, Mac OS, Google (G-Suite), Windows, Office 365, and remote connectivity solutions
• Experience managing and configuring Windows OS security and group policies in a Windows Domain environment
• Technical certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, or CompTIA A+/Network+ are preferred
• A college degree from an accredited institution or relevant technical experience
