Associate Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Caribbean Central America (CCA) Organization, the full-time Associate Systems Engineer will identify and develop technical solutions for customer and partner sales strategies while serving as a subject matter expert on HPE Aruba and HPE Juniper offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned brands and solutions across wired, wireless, and network security use cases
• Partner with Account Managers to execute customer growth plans, including leading discovery, designing architectures, and building BOMs/quotes
• Create demand through workshops, webinars, and demos while analyzing and reporting program performance for assigned accounts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience in network engineering and/or pre-sales for enterprise networking
• Proficient in English (B2 or higher); Spanish is a plus
• Experience supporting small to mid-size accounts of moderate complexity
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and deliver value-added solutions
