Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to support the recruiting process and enhance candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Source candidates through various methods and support onboarding and employer branding initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of full-cycle recruiting and/or corporate HR experience
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
