Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Tax Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tax provision processes and relationships
• Review and manage tax returns and estimates
• Lead tax forecasting, compliance, and planning

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax
• Proficiency in using code and regulations, knowledge in ASC 740
• 3+ years of experience as a team leader
• CPA and/or Master's of Taxation preferred
