Associate Team Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Team Designer to join the Team Design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign projects with appropriate resources within the resource management system
• Generate weekly reports on timesheets and productivity, and communicate relevant policies and procedures
• Analyze utilization trends and forecasts, maintaining information on current and potential future projects

Required Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or coordination role in a creative agency environment
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Data Visualization, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using data to tell stories with Keynote and Google Slides
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
