Associate Technical Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the primary TAM in monitoring the health and performance of Varicent solutions across a portfolio of VIP customers
• Assist in configuring Varicent solutions based on documented customer requirements and prepare monthly performance summaries
• Collaborate with TAMs to troubleshoot errors, investigate defects, and identify opportunities for customer value realization

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation
• Prior experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases
• Strong technical data skills including experience with SQL data manipulation and Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of system configurations, data models, and data integration best practices
• Preferred: Understanding of the Sales Performance Management domain and hands-on experience with Varicent software products
