Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager to manage technical accounts and ensure exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume book of customers through email, in-app messaging, and scalable outreach
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers via email or calls
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in technical account management, sales engineering, or Information Technology
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and core Azure services
  • Experience with VDI solutions preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
