Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume book of customers through email, in-app messaging, and scalable outreach
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers via email or calls
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in technical account management, sales engineering, or Information Technology
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and core Azure services
- Experience with VDI solutions preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
