Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager - SLED in the Eastern US.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer accounts by overseeing support cases, conducting health-checks, and assisting with pre-sales efforts
Improve customer experience by documenting best practices, tracking activity, and serving as a technical subject matter expert
Drive sales results by supporting technical pre-sales opportunities and participating in marketing events

Required Qualifications:

0-3 years of experience in networking, security, operations, scripting, or programming
Ability to master new technologies and concepts
Aptitude for enterprise-level troubleshooting
Associates degree or equivalent experience required, BS degree in Computer Science or MIS preferred
Good judgement and decision-making skills
