Job Summary
Combining technical problem-solving with strategic account management, the full-time Associate Technical Customer Success Manager will oversee post-sale relationships for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts, ensuring smooth deployments and effective platform adoption while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage hardware configuration, deployment validation, and device readiness for accounts, coordinating with Solutions Engineering and Operations
- Own the post-sale relationship, conducting quarterly business reviews and developing renewal and expansion strategies
- Triage support requests and act as the technical point of contact for product behavior questions and integration issues
Required qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in a post-sale, implementation, or technical customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS or IoT company
- Demonstrated comfort with technical systems and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and success metrics such as NRR and retention
- Experience conducting structured conversations with senior stakeholders, including QBRs and executive reviews
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and structured follow-through
