Job Summary

Associate Technical Director, responsible for leading the technical delivery of interactive web experiences for high-profile clients in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery in collaboration with producers and creative leads
• Serve as the primary technical partner for clients, maintaining technical standards and communication
• Develop and maintain web platforms using JavaScript, Vue, Node.js, and ensure quality across multiple projects

Required Qualifications

• 3-8 years of full-stack engineering experience
• 2+ years in a technical management or team lead role
• Strong systems design and architecture skills for large, multi-stakeholder programs
• Proven client-facing communication skills
• Experience with scoping, estimation, and capacity planning
